For the freshness and irony with which they approach self-referential themes of art, literature and music; the versatility and mastery of different languages that range from painting, collage, installation or sculpture, to the carefree approach to bad painting and kitsch to investigate the drifts of images in contemporary mythology and modes of production, circulation and consumption of visual culture in the present; and for the coherence of his critical discourse with the aesthetic media that they use in their work, the lorge&larry duo has been selected by Artista X Artista as beneficiary of one of the two residences granted in 2016 in the joint call, El Ranchito. Residence program Matadero Madrid - AECID. Guest country "Cuba".
